Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne Hotel

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of goodies. The venue was set in the central position just off everything, shops, food and tourists, and 100 yards away so perfect.

The restaurant was amazing for dinner, I tried simple dishes. The room was impeccably clean and soundproof, the location was excellent very central. You could walk to a market and various shops.

The deluxe room was lovely---special lighting & great atmosphere !

The price of breakfast £28 each ! & also parking was £25 per night ....

They ask for guarantee for the mini-bar even if you don't use it. The young guy from reception desk is not very helpful, but the others are OK.

Needs updating badly - lobby area is nice but rooms are dated (CRT TV - can you even buy them anymore?). They were actually refurbishing part of the hotel when we stayed so no doubt that will improve it.

I really appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help and the hotel's proximity to nearby attractions like the Van Abbe Museum and the scenic Frits Philips Monument, making it easy to enjoy a weekend of walking and sightseeing in the city.

The staff were friendly, hotel comfortable and was in a great location to see and do anything (shopping, nightlife etc.) would recomend to anyone to see the city

City Tax. - Although small in value I Wasn't made aware before my visit that this would be applied to my bill.

Very very nice hotel, excellent price and would definitely stay there again, not to see Eindhoven but to enjoy the very nice room, excellent shower and really comfortable bed.

Parking is 25 euro/night. No any room indicators, so you can spend few minuts trying to find right direction to your room. The hotel is like labyrinth, so many turns. It is too complicated without any sign. Rooms are like stusio with a kitchen.

The pricing was extremely high for example 50 Euros for 1 night car-parking??!! Extortionate. Tip park on the street next time and save yourself lots of money or have the hotel declare the exorbitant price in advance.. 35 Euros for 2 breakfast meals

The breakfast service was good, with a friendly chef who made eggs to order. My kids particularly loved the pancakes and fresh fruit selection, and the overall atmosphere in the dining area felt cozy.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could improve. We noticed insufficient housekeeping, and the response to our concerns was lacking. It would be great if they could offer better support for families with children regarding room cleanliness.
